AT VANITY AROMAS WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR EVERY CUSTOMER AND YOUR EXPERIENCE IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US.

 

IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT AND YOU WISH TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS WE WILL ACCEPT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE WITHIN 14 DAYS.

THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION WHEN  YOU RECIEVED IT. PRODUCTS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, NOT BEEN OPENED AND HASN'T BEEN USED.

FAQ

How long will my order take to ship?

 

Our wax melts are made to order and aim to dispatch within 3-5 working days if not sooner, this may increase during busy periods.

 

What are your delivery options?

 

We send all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48.

 

How do I track my order?

 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email to inform you that your order has been shipped with your tracking number.

How do I use a wax melt?

 

Remove packaging and place your chosen wax melt in the well of your burner. Use within an unscented tea light.

Keep out of reach from children and pets and away from any draughts. Do not move while lit.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.
